FAQ

Before you book

The questions we hear most often.

July–October is peak season for the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara. January–March is excellent for calving season and fewer crowds. Amboseli is best June–October for clear Kilimanjaro views. We'll advise based on your priorities.
All packages include accommodation, all meals and drinks (including premium brands at most lodges), twice-daily game drives, park fees, and airstrip transfers. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and tips are not included unless stated otherwise.
No. Safaris are primarily vehicle-based. Walking safaris and balloon flights are optional. Most lodges accommodate mobility needs — just let us know in advance.
Yes. We can book domestic flights from Nairobi (Wilson Airport) to the Mara, Amboseli, or Laikipia. International flights are booked by you, but we'll advise on arrival times to match your safari schedule.
Kenya's safari lodges are extremely safe. Guides are trained professionals, camps are unfenced but guarded 24/7, and all transfers are handled by vetted drivers. We also include medical evacuation insurance on most packages.
Many lodges welcome children, though some have minimum age requirements (usually 6+ for game drives). We'll match you with family-friendly camps and can arrange private vehicles, shorter drives, and child-focused activities.
